Break down of charges for a surgery

If you ever need surgery or a surgical procedure at a hospital below is the break down of the charges. 

When you read this you won't be shocked when you receive the hospital bill for whatever was or wasn't paid.

BREAK DOWN OF CHARGES:

a. Charge of operating room?

b. Charge for surgeon?

c. Charge for assistant surgeon?

d. Charge for anesthesiologist?

e. Charge for Laboratory?

f. Charge for X-rays?

g. Charge for unknown?

You can get this information simply by calling your doctor's office. There will be somebody whose job it is to get this information to you. Make sure whatever procedure you are having done was authorized by your insurance company.
